Yummy refunds items after 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Yummy only issues refunds if the customer send us the item with its original packaging, the item is undamaged, and Yummy receives the item.
Yummy issues refunds when the item is not what was described or the item does not fit/isn't the right colour
Yummy only replaces items if the customer can provide evidence that it was faulty when delivered, if not Yummy assume that it was damaged in your possession therefore Yummy cannot issue a replacement. Always keep proof of purchase, as Yummy will request it. This will usually be in the form of an email.
